He has more than two decades of experience in high performance analog circuits design with pioneering contributions in reconfigurable analog-to-digital converters. In 2007, he co-founded Cambridge Analog Technologies, Inc. (CAT) where he led the company as President and CEO. In August 2011, CAT was acquired by Maxim Integrated, Inc. where he was Executive Director and General Manager of the Advanced IP Solutions Group. In 2015, he founded Omni Design Technologies, Inc. focused on leveraging fundamentally disruptive and proprietary ultra-low power circuit techniques that can enable a new generation of integrated circuits.

Dr Gulati received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering and computer science with a minor in business from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge, the M.S. degree in electrical and computer engineering from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, and the B.S. degree in electronics and communication engineering from Delhi Institute of Technology (now NSIT), New Delhi, India. Dr Gulati has numerous publications and patents including many in the area of integrated circuit design.
