Priti Gulati has 34 years of Banking, Business & Management experience. She had more than two decades of exposure to different facets of the financial world - as a retail banker and a treasury dealer with Punjab National Bank, and as Vice President in-charge of Debt markets (debt sales, debt origination, financial services) with DSP Merrill Lynch.
Post her banking days, she founded ETAS and handled large banking recruitment mandates across India as part of an employability initiative she undertook; and together with her team helped facilitate recruitment of more than 1000 candidates by administering aptitude & banking domain tests (created in‐house) and conducting interviews across the country. She additionally is a trainer & facilitator and has conducted workshops for more than 1000 professionals across Indian Private sector banks, Public sector banks, Foreign banks, NBFCs, and Corporates in India & overseas. Her training repertoire extends from banking domain and business skills to facilitating development centres to facilitating workshops for family run businesses in India. Priti is a Commerce Honours graduate from Univ. of Calcutta and an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, Univ. of Delhi. She’s an accredited MBTI® practitioner & certified in CAIIB, AMFI, Hogan HBRI. She has undertaken the Landmark Education (Forum & Advanced), attended several leadership workshops and self-development programmes including Vipassana, has been a travelogue writer for the Economic Times, is invited to talk at seminars, and represented Merrill Lynch at the UN Global Classrooms at New Delhi. She has good understanding of the financial and corporate landscape in India across industries, and forges credible relationships at all levels. EXPERTIES is her flagship initiative. |
